Vitamin C Serum
10–20% · SAP / MAP / Ethyl Ascorbic Acid
Stabilized vitamin C derivatives with ferulic acid and vitamin E. Low-irritation, non-oxidising, water-light or anhydrous formats.
We formulate, fill and pack facial serums for skincare brands in 68 countries. 120+ market-ready formulas, ISO 22716 & GMPC certified plant, and export documentation handled for the EU, US, UK and Middle East.
Most serum suppliers sell you a stock formula with a new label. We build the product around your market, your price point and your compliance requirements — then hand you the documentation your distributor will ask for.

Our chemists work from a validated ingredient library rather than a handful of stock bases. That means you can hit a specific claim, a specific retail price and a specific regulatory list — without starting from zero.
Serums are unforgiving: oxidation, viscosity drift and microbial risk all show up on shelf. Our plant is set up specifically to control them.
Every batch is traceable to its raw material lot, its filling line and its operator.
Every active and excipient is quarantined, sampled and released against COA before it enters the weigh room.
pH, viscosity, refractive index and temperature logged at every mixing stage, with deviation alerts.
3-month accelerated and 12–24 month real-time studies, plus freeze-thaw and light-exposure cycles.
USP 51 / ISO 11930 challenge testing on every new formula, plus total plate count on every batch.
COA, MSDS, PIF, CPSR dossier support, MoCRA facility registration and free-sale certificates.
Three-year retention samples and a batch record you can hand to a distributor or regulator.
“We moved from a trading company that kept changing our formula. VITALUME locked the spec, delivered the CPSR dossier and we launched in the UK within one quarter.
“The sample came back in 8 days and matched our brief on the first revision. The stability data let us go straight into Amazon EU without a second round of testing.
“Our peptide serum needed cold processing and nitrogen filling. Most factories we spoke to could not do it. They could, and the assay came back on spec.

1,000 pieces per SKU for stock formulas in stock packaging. Fully custom formulas in custom packaging start at 3,000 pieces. We publish the exact MOQ for your configuration in the quote and it does not move afterwards.
You do. Custom-developed formulas are exclusively licensed to your brand and we do not resell them. Stock formulas are non-exclusive, which is why they cost less and sample faster. Everything is covered by an NDA signed before we disclose any formula detail.
Standard stock formulas are sampled free; you cover the courier. Custom development carries a sample fee covering materials and lab time, and it is fully credited against your first production order.
48 hours for a costed proposal, 7–10 days for lab samples, 7–14 days for your evaluation and testing, then 25–30 days for production. Realistic door-to-door for a first order is 6–9 weeks including shipping.
Yes. COA, MSDS and PIF are standard. We support your CPSR dossier with data for the safety assessor, coordinate the responsible person for the EU or UK, and hold MoCRA facility registration with US agent coordination for the United States.
Yes — on site or by live video, scheduled in GMT+8 business hours. We routinely host ISO 22716, GMPC and retailer-specific third-party audits, and share our most recent audit report under NDA beforehand.
For standard stock formulas with catalog packaging, our MOQ starts at 1,000 to 1,500 units per SKU. For custom formulations or bespoke packaging molds, MOQ typically starts at 3,000 to 5,000 units.
Our facility operates under ISO 22716 and GMPC (US/EU) certified cleanrooms. We are FDA registered, fully compliant with US MoCRA regulations, and provide complete documentation (COA, MSDS, stability data, CPSR/PIF dossiers).
Benchmark formulation and lab sampling take 3–7 business days. Once packaging artwork and formula are approved, mass production typically requires 25–35 working days.
Yes. Beyond bulk production, we manage primary packaging sourcing (dropper bottles, airless pumps), secondary box packaging, silkscreen printing, regulatory ingredient reviews, and export logistics.
You can request lab samples directly via our contact form below. Standard lab benchmark samples are provided free of charge; clients simply cover the express courier freight.
We’ll send 3 serum samples matched to your target market and price point. You pay only the courier.
