ISO 22716
Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics. Covers personnel, premises, equipment, raw materials, production, quality control and documentation.
Five quality gates between raw material and shipment, every batch traceable to its ingredient lots, its filling line and its operator. Certificates issued with the goods, not chased afterwards.
Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics. Covers personnel, premises, equipment, raw materials, production, quality control and documentation.
US FDA Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, audited and maintained for clients shipping into North America.
Registered for MoCRA, with US agent coordination for brands selling into the United States.
Social compliance audit available. Ethical trading documentation shared with retailers on request.
Halal certification available on request. Vegan and cruelty-free statements supported by supplier declarations.
We host retailer-specific and client-appointed audits, and share our most recent audit reports under NDA.
Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates belong in this section before launch. Request the current pack and we will send it with the audit reports.
Each gate has a written criterion and a named responsible person. If a batch misses one, it is quarantined — not negotiated.
Every incoming lot is quarantined, sampled and tested against its supplier COA. Identity, assay, heavy metals and micro are checked before release to the weigh room. Purity reports are archived with the batch record.
pH, viscosity, temperature, refractive index and appearance are logged at every mixing stage. Deviations trigger a hold and a documented investigation before the batch continues.
Appearance, odor, pH, viscosity, specific gravity, fill weight, total plate count and pathogens. Active assay by HPLC where the claim depends on it.
Three-month accelerated at 40°C/75% RH, freeze-thaw cycling, light exposure and real-time studies running to 24 months. Packaging compatibility tested on your actual component.
Pre-shipment samples retained, batch COA issued, carton and pallet checks completed, and export documents compiled before the container is sealed.
Retention samples held for three years. Every batch is traceable to ingredient lots, line, operator and test results — the record your distributor or regulator will ask for.
Outsourced testing adds two to four weeks to every development. We run it on site, which is why our sampling is measured in days.
| Test | Method / standard | When |
|---|---|---|
| Active assay | HPLC / UV-Vis against reference standard | At release and at 3 months |
| Preservative efficacy | ISO 11930 / USP 51 challenge test | Every new formula |
| Microbiology | Total plate count, yeast and mould, specified pathogens | Every batch |
| Stability | 40°C/75% RH accelerated, freeze-thaw, light exposure, real-time | Every new formula |
| Compatibility | Product in final packaging, weight loss and visual assessment | Every new formula and component |
| Physicochemical | pH, viscosity (Brookfield), specific gravity, refractive index | Every batch |
| Molecular weight distribution | GPC for hyaluronic acid complexes | On request |
| Heavy metals & impurities | ICP-MS screening on incoming actives | Every incoming lot |
Standard documents ship with every order. Market-specific dossiers are prepared alongside production rather than after it.
COA · MSDS · batch record · stability report · packing list · commercial invoice · certificate of origin · free-sale certificate
PIF compilation · CPNP / SCPN submission support · CPSR data pack for your safety assessor · responsible-person coordination
MoCRA facility registration · US agent coordination · product listing support · labeling review
Market-specific dossiers are prepared alongside production, so documentation never delays your shipment.
We’ll send current certificates, our most recent audit report and a sample batch record — under NDA, before you commit to anything.
