Weighing & pre-mix
Enclosed weigh booths with local extraction. Every lot is barcoded before it enters the batch.
Manufacturing
Vacuum emulsifiers from 50 kg to 2,000 kg, jacketed vessels with controlled heating and cooling ramps.
Filling & capping
Class 100,000 cleanroom. Nitrogen blanket filling available on every line for oxidation-sensitive actives.
Secondary packaging
Cartoning, coding, shrink banding and palletising. Serialisation available for regulated markets.
QC laboratory & retention
On-site microbiology, physicochemical and instrument testing, plus a three-year retention sample store.
