We work from an ingredient library that has already passed stability and challenge testing, which is why sampling takes days rather than months.
- Brightening: ethyl ascorbic acid, SAP, MAP, tranexamic acid, alpha arbutin, kojic dipalmitate, niacinamide, glutathione
- Anti-aging: encapsulated retinol, retinaldehyde, HPR, bakuchiol, Matrixyl 3000, copper tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8
- Hydration & barrier: multi-weight hyaluronic acid, beta-glucan, ceramide NP/AP/EOP, squalane, panthenol, ectoin
- Exfoliation: glycolic, lactic, mandelic and salicylic acid, gluconolactone, PHA blends

Every active is screened against your destination market before sampling. If an ingredient is restricted where you sell, we tell you at proposal stage — not after you have paid for development.
Packaging
We source it, test it and fill it
Packaging is where most first orders go wrong — a beautiful component that leaks, reacts with the formula or arrives six weeks late. We handle compatibility and logistics so it doesn’t become your problem.
Custom tooling
Unique moulds, embossed logos and matched closures from roughly 10,000 pcs. Tooling quoted separately and owned by you.
Secondary packaging
Cartons, inserts and leaflets printed to your artwork, with EU labeling requirements checked before print.
Compatibility testing
We test the actual closure, liner and pump against your formula — not a generic substitute.
Decoration
Screen print, hot foil, matte or soft-touch coating, frosting, UV spot varnish.
Sustainability options
PCR glass and plastic, refillable systems, FSC-certified cartons, soy inks.

What actually drives your unit price
Four variables. We show you all four in the quote, so you can trade one against another.
1. Formula
Active type and load. A 2% HA serum and a 5% peptide serum are not comparable, and the cost difference sits in the raw material.
2. Packaging
Stock component vs custom mould, decoration passes, and secondary packaging. Often a larger share than the formula.
3. Volume
Filling lines have a setup cost. Unit price drops noticeably at 5,000 and again at 20,000 pcs.
4. Compliance
Testing scope and documentation depth. Retailer-specific programs and clinical claims add cost and time.
